All That Remains have posted another song, "Two Weeks," from the band’s forthcoming album, OVERCOME, on the band's MySpace page. "This is the first time I've done a song that has singing from beginning to end," frontman Phil Labonte says. "It was something I had wanted to do for some time but ATR isn't gonna put out something half-assed and most of you guys know I'm always growing as a vocalist and we’re always growing and changing as a metal band. This feels right and it's not the same 'here's our all singing ballad' kind of thing; it's still metal as hell!"

OVERCOME hits stores Sept. 16th through Prosthetic Records/Razor & Tie Entertainment. OVERCOME (produced by Jason Suecof - Trivium, Chimaira, Black Dahlia Murder) is already receiving rave reviews from the press with Outburn calling it "...one of the most high-impact releases of 2008...heavy as hell yet irresistibly melodic..."  The band's official website www.allthatremainsonline.com will relaunch this week to reflect new songs and artwork from OVERCOME.

ATR graces the cover of this month's Metal Edge (September, 2008).  The band's current video for "Chiron," a  track off OVERCOME, will receive its on-air debut shortly, with the clip – as well as behind the scenes footage – available on the band's official You Tube page. On Saturday, September 20th, MTV's Headbangers Ball will debut "Chiron".  A music video for "Two Weeks" is currently in the works.

In other All That Remains news, three ATR tracks (including new songs from OVERCOME) will be available for download beginning September 9th for the wildly popular "Rock Band" video game through the Xbox Live Marketplace, Playstation Store and Rock Band Music Store accessible on XBox Live and PS3.  The Rock Band Music Store allows players to preview and purchase downloadable individual music tracks and packs from the vast selection of offerings available to date without ever leaving the game as they build their own custom Rock Band library.  

All That Remains just kicked off a co-headlining North American tour with Trivium.  The band will head out on another North American tour supporting In Flames following the Trivium dates.  Please see below for both sets of tour dates.

All That Remains has unveiled the band's new video for the track "Chiron," from their forthcoming album OVERCOME exclusively online as Buzznet.com’s Video of the Day!

The clip was shot earlier this summer while the band was in Los Angeles with director Brian Thompson (As I Lay Dying, Killswitch Engage) and a behind the scenes clip is also available on ATR's You Tube page.

The band has also unveiled the track listing for OVERCOME, which marks the first time ATR has covered a song, Nevermore's "Believe In Nothing."

"We decided to do a cover on this disc and we didn't want to do what every other band is doing these days and take a pop or rock song from the 80s," frontman Phil Labonte says. "We figured a song by a band with real metal cred would do best for us. This song never got the attention it deserved. It's an amazingly well written song and even though it's not the most complex song Nevermore has done, it is, in my opinion, one of their best. We ran the idea by Nevermore and they gave us their blessing so we were very happy to have the original artists behind it. I couldn't be happier with the way it came out!"

All That Remains just finished their run on Vans Warped Tour last weekend in Los Angeles. The band is now at home and gearing up for a co-headlining tour with Trivium, which will also feature 36 Crazy Fists and The Human Abstract, after which ALL THAT REMAINS will be direct support in major markets to In Flames, which will also see the band playing with Gojira and 36 Crazy Fists.

ALL THAT REMAINS have posted two new tracks of music on their My Space page from the band's eagerly-anticipated forthcoming album, 'Overcome,' which will see a Sept 16 release through Prosthetic Records / Razor & Tie Entertainment.


The two tracks, "Before The Damned" and "Relinquish," appear on the 11-track album which was produced and engineered by Jason Suecof (Trivium, Chimaira, The Black Dahlia Murder), mastered by Ryan Smith at Sterling Sound (Lamb of God, Annihilator), and features artwork by Carson Slovak (Century, Too Pure To Die, killwhitneydead.).

"This represents the heavier side of ATR," frontman Phil Labonte says. "Last time we did this we put up "The Weak Willed" [from 'The Fall of Ideals'] and we feel like it's a bit of a tradition to really kick you in the nuts when we first show off new stuff! So here is the heaviest stuff we came up with for 'Overcome'. Hope you like 'em." Pre-orders for 'Overcome' in exclusive design packages will be available shortly, with the first 200 orders receiving autographed 11x17 posters.

Meanwhile, ALL THAT REMAINS begins their nearly month-long stint on Vans Warped Tour July 23 in Mansfield, Mass., wrapping up next month in Los Angeles. This marks the first time ALL THAT REMAINS has been a part of the annual summer festival, having already left their live mark on Ozzfest in 2006, Sounds of the Underground in 2005 and the European leg the next year. Since the release of the band's last album, 2006's 'The Fall of Ideals,' ALL THAT REMAINS has also made appearances at the Wacken: Open-Air Festival, Japan's Loud Park Festival and several European and Stateside tours alongside Killswitch Engage, DragonForce, among others, all culminating in a highly-successful headlining tour across North America last winter. More touring is being confirmed for ALL THAT REMAINS in support of 'Overcome,' with more information will be available shortly.

'The Fall of Ideals,' has now sold over 175,000 copies in North America and was followed up by an October 2007 re-release of ALL THAT REMAINS' debut album, 'Behind Silence And Solitude,' as well as the band's first-ever DVD, 'All That Remains Live,' featuring all the band's music videos, footage from live performances, behind the scenes footage, band and fan interviews and more.

"We're in Florida workin on a new RECORD!!! The guys got here on wednesday and we started pre pro. It didn't take long for the stuff to come together. Jason is a great producer and he has had some really great ideas that we tried out and all most every time they worked out wonderfully. It's lookin like it's gonna be 11 new songs. We have a cover in the works but I'm not gonna let the cat out of the bag yet. Don't worry it's a pretty sweet song and it's not some song from the 80's like every other band does. It's a great song that never really got the attention it deserved. So yeah, 11 new ATR originals. Lots of em are kinda short. Which I like cause I have ADD so bad it's crazy. Some stuff is very different from anything we've done before. That makes me pretty happy. We don't wanna be the band that puts out the same disc two or three times in a row. There's some pretty rockin stuff, some heavy stuff, LOTS of solos, and LOTS N LOTS of double bass. We like to keep Jason feeling like he's more of a marathon runner than playing the drums. So yeah, long n short of it the disc is coming together. Late August or early September it should be in stores n on iTunes. Get into it!"
